The "SERA Animation" is an application to view and analyse the behavior of land vehicles. I wrote this application while working for the SERA-CD company. The animation application is part of a larger project named "Prosper". Prosper is a software package to analyse vehicle behavior aimed at engineers designing cars, trucks and other vehicles.

There are two possible ways of using the SERA Animation

• to view data recorded during a simulation computation.
• as the display of a real-time simulator

• Multiple simultaneous views
• Dynamic choice of rendering toolkit: Direct 3D or straight OpenGL
  
• Graphic data display
• 3D representation of Forces applied to the vehicle
• Engine/Tyre sound
• Flexible configuration of vehicles and environment using 3D models (3DStudio / Open Flight etc...)
• Network connections for the real-time simulator
• support for exotic vehicles: 10 wheeler, track vehicles, towed vehicles, freight etc...
• advanced animation options: full screen anti-aliasing, volumetric shadows, cubemap reflections, tire tracks, from wire frame rendering to textured and smoothed surfaces...
• Large choice of camera views: inside, fixed/vehicle, fixed/ground, above...
• AVI video recording
